It’s been awhile since our last post. Funny how life seems to get in the way of writing blog posts… The last month has been a busy one. We hosted two Thanksgiving dinners – one for the college students at our church and one for our teammates. It was great filling our apartment and spending time with good friends and good food. Plus we were invited to a third Thanksgiving dinner. It’s a good thing Thanksgiving only comes once a year or we might not have wanted to eat dressing and pumpkin pie again!
We continue to lead the college Sunday school class at church. It’s been fun preparing the lessons together and it’s always exciting to see the students interested in what the Bible has to say. We’ve seen them grow since we started teaching the class in July and hope to teach some of them to lead the class in the coming months.
Hans has been busy, with the end of the semester at school and working on the sausage business. And in this mix, our lives are blessed by Caleb. He smiles at us all the time and has even given us a few giggles lately. It’s hard to believe he’s already 3 1/2 months old. Time sure is flying by.
After Christmas, I’ll be returning to school to teach one class. I’m looking forward to it, but I know time is going to fly by even faster!
